White Tim Tam Balls Preparation time: 45 mintuesCooking time: N/AServes: 25 (depending on size of balls)Serve as: dessert or snack Ingredients: 2 packets of Tim Tam White biscuits400g sweetened condensed milk1 3/4 cups (160g) desiccated coconut + 1 extra cup (to roll the balls in) Method: Place the Tim Tams into a food process and blitz until small crumbs.Add 1 3/4 cups of coconut and the condensed milk and mix until all ingredients are combined.Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.Use a tablespoon to scoop the chilled mixture and roll into balls.
