Bé Mập’s Vietnamese Kitchen – Haarlem, The Netherlands

Bé Mập’s Vietnamese Kitchen was born when I feeling homesick and wanted to show my Dutch husband’s family and neighbourhood that Vietnamese cuisine is more than just fried loempias.

I cook authentic Southern Vietnamese food, specialising in share menus as sharing food is a big part of my culture. Nearly everything in my kitchen is made from scratch, by hand and with love, just like how my mums and aunties have taught me.

Bé Mập is based in Haarlem with occasional deliveries to Amsterdam.
