Vegemite Crackling Roast Pork

  • 500g pork belly
  • 1 tbs Vegemite
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, diced
  • 1/3 cup of water


  1. Preheat the over to 220°C.
  2. Use a sharp knife to score the skin of the port at 1cm intervals.
  3. Rub the skin evenly wityh Vegemite. Place the pork on a roasting tray and pour oil on top, then add garlic and water.
  4. Roast for 20-30 at 220°C, then 180°C for the remaining time, until the rind crackles.
