Steamed Asparagus wish Green Beans, Feta & Yellow

Preparation time: 5 mintues

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4 as a side

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • 200g green beans, trimmed
  • 100g marinated feta 
  • 1 tablespoon yellow bush dukkah 
  • Lime wedges, to serve​

Method:

  1. Steam the asparagus and green beans until bright green and tender.
  2. Arrange the asparagus onto a serving plate, stack the beans on top.
  3. Crumble the feta over the top and drizzle with a little of the marinated oil.​
  4. Sprinkle with the yellow bush dukkah and serve with the lime squeezed over the top.
