All best before dates are displayed in the product description, so please read this carefully before placing your order.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping, less any payment processing fees we have already incurred. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at info@aussiefoods.eu

Once shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

All orders placed by 6pm central European standard time will be dispatched the next working day, excluding items that require frozen delivery. For frozen delivery time frames, please refer to the product page.

Orders will be shipped with either BPost, PostNL or Mondial, depending on the delivery location.

We are unable to guarantee when your package will be delivered, as this is out of our control. Any delivery time frames that may be expressed are estimates only.

We are unable to accept any product returns.

If, however, the products received are damaged, incorrect or not as described on the website, we can offer replacement items or a refund of the value of the damanged/incorrect items.

Please contact us at info@aussiefoods.eu with a description and photos of the damaged/incorrect items.

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive VAT.

We currently deliver within the European Union only. For shipments outside of this region, please contact us at info@aussiefoods.eu
