Australian Finger Limes are a subtropical plant native to the Eastern Rainforests of New South Wales and Queensland. The fruit ranges in size from your pinky to your index finger – hence the name. Inside, the fruit has delicious ‘caviar’ pearls that burst with a sour, lemony, grapefruit, that’s just great on oysters or in salads. This powder is zesty, and smells like sherbet!
